Easter/Autumn Holiday Kids Canoeing and Kayaking Club

Come learn or improve your kayaking and canoeing skills. Try out different craft, go on mini expeditions, learn/improve your rescue skills. Each day starts at 9am and ends at 12pm, with a break around 10:30 am for morning tea. The final day will end with an on water easter egg hunt. Suitable for kids aged 8 - 16. Individual day bookings available.

Timetable

Monday: Introductions, Kayaking (sit on top/sit in depending on previous experience), On Water Skills and Games.

Tuesday: Canoeing (tandem one blade paddling), On Water Skills and Games, Rescues (if weather is warm).

Wednesday: Expedition, journey up the Barwon River and back with a stop for a morning tea picnic.

​

Thursday: Kayaking/Canoeing Skills development, Canoe Polo and on water Easter Egg Hunt.
