Learn to kayak with like-minded women!

Our she paddles classes are open to women and non-binary individuals 18 and over. All she paddles classes are led by passionate female kayaking instructors who value the opportunity to get more women involved in this fantastic activity. The She Paddles classes are designed to enhance kayaking skills, boost confidence, offer social opportunities, and provide a lot of on the water fun. The classes go from complete beginners in level 1 to more advanced paddlers in subsequent levels. No kayaking experience is required to join our level 1 classes and only a basic level of fitness is required to participate.
