She Paddles
Level 3: Improvers Plus
Where: 4 sessions at Geelong West Fyans Street Boat ramp (or Corio Bay if conditions are not suitable on the river) and 1 session at a location chosen by the group.
Length: 5 X 90 minute sessions
Who: Improver Paddle certificate holders & those with improver canoeing & kayaking skills
Skills learnt: Improver + kayaking skills, transfer of sit on top skills to sit in kayak skills, self rescues in sit in kayaks, team mate rescues, how to assess risks on flat water.
